Culinary Arts I students traveled to Ridgeland, MS to tour the Whole Foods Market. They enjoyed samples from each department and learned about the various career opportunities with the company. Then they visited the Holmes Community College Culinary Arts Department where the students had a barbecue feast prepared. Chef Alexei discussed the culinary program and Miss Amanda, a recruiter, discussed scholarship opportunities.
