Culinary Arts II students visited Koty Earl’s and The Coffee Shop in Ackerman in preparation for beginning their breakfast unit. They enjoyed pancakes “the size of a plate” at Koty Earl’s and a sample of iced, blended, and espresso drinks at The Coffee Shop. Thanks to these incredible Ackerman businesses for opening their doors to the culinary arts students at Choctaw County CTC!!! We had a fabulous time!
