SkillsUSA students participated in a cooking class at the Viking Cooking School in Greenwood. Members of the competition Opening and Closing team worked together to make the Steak Lovers Menu featuring inside out cheeseburgers, twice baked potatoes, salad with Rockin' Ranch Dressing and hot chocolate cake. SkillsUSA is made up of Mr. Robert Black's Construction/Carpentry classes and Mrs. Ashley Fondren’s Culinary Arts classes. This was a great opportunity for the two classes to get to know each other while working together to accomplish a common goal.
