Culinary Arts students worked hard all week preparing a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Students researched a variety of recipes incorporating different cooking methods, then voted on their Thanksgiving menu. Students prepared Thanksgiving chicken wings, honey glazed ham, deviled eggs, chicken and dressing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole, sweet potato pie, fried Oreos, beignets, and apple hand pies.
