Weir Elementary School received a $3500 STEM grant. This year WES teachers have been integrating STEM into their weekly lessons in all subjects.  Robbie Denson, principal, wanted to find a way to get STEM resources into the teachers hands for all classrooms.  The grant was written to create a STEM Teacher Resource Library for teachers to checkout and use within their classrooms. As recipients of this grant, teachers now have more STEM classroom resources - this will open up new ways to engage students in STEM activities.
