WES First and Second Grade Program!

Second year Culinary Arts students practiced their garnishing techniques with Twinkies. Students used a variety of sauces and plating techniques to elevate the plain Twinkie.

Ms. Conerly’s and Ms. Fairley's kindergarteners at WES have enjoyed Dr. Seuss Week. They enjoyed reading books such as “Green Eggs and Ham,” Hop on Pop,” “Wacky Wednesday,” and “The Cat and the Hat.” They also enjoyed many activities and snacks to go along with the stories.

Cat in the Hat!
Today has been fun for these kiddos in Ms. Rush and Mrs. White's class. They enjoyed Ms. Denson and WES's very own 6th grader coming to read to them. The wonderful treats were also a big hit.

Mrs. Ashford spent the day at WES reading to students and giving out Dr. Seuss books and coloring books. She also served cupcakes in the cafeteria to celebrate Dr. Seuss week. The students were so excited to have Mrs. Ashford visit and read with them.
