CCHS Chamber Choir was able to meet with Rep. Hood and Sen. Williams at the capital today.
After the meeting, they were able to sing in the rotunda of the capital.


FFA Week has been a great one!
Thank you to our FFA advisors, Mr. King and Mr. Loggins and our FFA members for hosting lunch for the CCCTC staff today. Also, thank you to Sonny's Smokehouse for catering the lunch today.


Mr. King's Ag Power and Machinery classes have been working on many projects. Great job goes out to Dawson Davis, for the designing and creating fire pits, and Patrick Englebert for the rose he made. All classes have been working on numerous projects and do a great job!





Mr. Black's Construction & Carpentry classes have been building benches and other projects this week.

February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month®, CCCTC will celebrate the impact of CTE programs on our students, our communities, and our businesses/industries. The theme this month is, “Celebrate Today, Own Tomorrow."


Healthcare and Clinical Services students are working hard to learn nursing assistant skills such changing an occupied bed & changing a dry dressing.


Mr. Black's Construction/Carpentry classes made some awesome wood crosses! If you are interested in buying one, please let us know at 662-285-4152. Large 3 foot tall/2 foot wide are $25. Small 2 foot tall 16 inches wide are $20 (wood burned, white, or white burned).


The Epic Work Program is a great opportunity for students 16 and older. Students in the Choctaw County School District will have a chance to gain experience in the career of their choice. Contact Mrs. Tonya Johnson, Career Coach, to begin the process.

Registration/screening for the 25-26 Pre-Kindergarten classes will take place Feb. 18 - 28. Please contact the school in your attendance zone to schedule an appointment during this window. You will need to bring a birth certificate, shot record, and 2 proofs of residency.


CTE School Counselor, Marcy McGlothin, is working with students on building resumes for future workforce opportunities and SkillsUSA competition in February.
