
Culinary Arts I students have been honing their knife skills. The ability to properly, safely, and efficiently use a knife is one of the greatest attributes of a chef. Students enjoyed practicing dicing and mincing as they made Garlic Roasted Potatoes.

Due to the possibility of roads freezing tonight, Choctaw County Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay on Tuesday January 12, 2021. Lunch only will be served.


Due to the threat of winter weather, CCSD will be having virtual classes Monday January 11, 2021. All campuses will be closed! Please be safe and have fun!


We will continue to monitor the weather and make a determination to have a regular school day or virtual school day for Monday on Sunday night.


Sports Medicine students have been learning about sport specific injuries of the head and neck involving bones, muscles, nerves, and the brain this week.


Concepts students in Mr. Loggins' class are learning Basic Soil Science and completing the Soil Horizen Profile.


New Covid-19 Guidance Changes


The free breakfast and lunch program has been extended to the end of the school year!!!!! All students will continue to eat free! Happy New Year!

Happy Birthday to our great state of Mississippi! Back on this day in 1817, Mississippi became the 20th state admitted to the Union. Congratulations Rocky Vaughn on our new and beautiful flag!


Congratulations to our top fruit-fundraiser sellers for the Sports Medicine Class 2020-2021. Morgan Fulgham (1st place), Luke Beard (2nd place), and Akira Taylor (3rd place) were the top sellers, and they are taking home cash prizes for their efforts. The proceeds from the fruit-fundraiser help to fund the Sports Medicine Class student organization (HOSA) as well as other class activities. So, a big THANKS to all those who participated in the fruit-fundraiser!



CCCTC Fruit Sale products will be here Tuesday, December 8th. Pick up will begin at 1:oo pm and will go until 5:00 pm. Students are responsible for picking up their orders sold and distributing to the proper person. ALL Fruit must be paid for or can not be picked up.
