ALL Choctaw County students will be OUT of school this Thursday, Dec. 5th. The Chargers will be playing at USM at 4:00 on Dec. 5th.

Students in Culinary Arts enjoyed experimenting with different tastes this week. They made pizzas complete with ingredients with “umami”, a delicious, savory taste that can be found in tomatoes, cheese, and mushrooms.


Culinary Arts I students are learning all about tastes and flavors. They combined a variety of seasonings to create a unique compound butter they used from scratch buttermilk biscuits.


CCCTC students enjoyed having the U.S. Army medical simulation truck on campus. Students were able to see and hear about many medical career opportunities. The local Army recruiters were there to talk with students about opportunities in the Army. Thank you for all you do!



CCCTC students had the opportunity to visit Holmes Community College (Grenada Campus) recently. The students enjoyed the preview day and learning about the career and technical programs HCC offers.

The Banner has arrived to be hung in the gym. Congratulations again to Hunter Holland on his individual state championship in the shot put in 3A.


Health Science I students are kicking off their unit on the Skeletal System by using teamwork to build and label a life size skeleton.
